A New Year typically starts with a focus on resolutions and goals around personal changes. It could be to exercise three times a week, drink only on weekends or other small habits to change within yourself. The hardest part for some people with New Years resolutions is the consistency and commitment to keep to them. To follow through each week, inspect what you expect from your goals and resolutions and maintaining your DRIVE and DESIRE to achieve them. I am going to share some insight into my resolution and goal tips could help you stay consistent and committed to them from the time you write them down to the date you set to achieve them. With all the New Years resolutions, why not look further than the next twelve months? Look at your end goal, your ultimate dreams and desires and work backwards. When you know your end goal, in say five years, then break down to three years, one year and then even 6 months. Why? Have you ever written a goal down and just felt way too overwhelmed that it’s IMPOSSIBLE and will never happen. Your negative thoughts kick in, the subconscious devil pops up and says “you can’t achieve that”, “you don’t know how to do that”, “ you wont have time…”. ...

A New Year Year of Possibilities and Opportunities at your doorstep!

Welcome to the New Year of 2012, Sharon and I hope you have had a fabulous Christmas and ready to start your 2012 as a year of abundance!

Then you walk away feeling less motivated than before you even wrote down the goal, and in the end abandoning the dream or goal all together.

These are tips that I’ve amalgamated to assist with those pitfalls in goal setting. You may or may not feel comfortable or want to use them, but give them a try and let Sharon and I know how you go!

Initially I am going to talk about writing goals, but the tips below help you extract more specific goals from your long term dreams as well!

Get Ready and Get Excited!

This is Part 1 of Writing and Achieving Your New Year Resolutions!

Tip #1 – SMART Goals

SMART Goals are utilised around the world to help leaders, and employees write their achieve goals within their work place. These techniques are carried across to personal and work life everyday.

S – Specific

M – Measurable

A – Attainable

R – Realistic/Relevant

T – Timely

Goals should be straightforward and specific to the accomplishment you wish to achieve. This is the foundation of the success before the actions to help you move forward.

For example, let’s say you want to earn an extra income from a home business venture this year… That’s too broad, no measure of time and doesn’t help you drill down.

Lets get granular!

Take some time now and think of a SMART goal for you in 2012. To demonstrate, I’ll use:

“I will be earning over $1000 a month from my home business by the 31st of December 2012 by the sale of my products to over 60 clients”.

Breaking this down you can pull out the key points:

Specific $1000 a month target for your income

Date of when to achieve by

Measurable and realistic clientele details that will drive the base goal

In this goal I can comfortably write this down, then know the set date of when I will be earning my extra $1000 a month AND what I NEED to do. Not every goal setter will put the finer detail of the goal, i.e “by the sale of my products to over 60 clients”.

It is my experience that this is a critical foundation of the goal you want to set:

You won’t lie to yourself – you won’t write down “ by the sale of 3000 clients” which could be unrealistic within your business

You now have a great starting point to break down the goals into your actions

You can measure on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis other than income alone.

Remember to have a realistic time frame, and if you are unsure of what is realistic talk to your business partners or colleagues who have achieved your goal before.

Take a moment now and think of the goal that you would like to achieve in the next three to five years or just this year. Write it down and try and follow the same basic principles.

Tip #2 – Self Affirmations to assist in driving your self belief.

Even with realistic goals, some of us are unsettled or still don’t have the ultimate self-belief to achieve them. A small tip that I learned from many successful entrepreneurs is to incorporate the self-affirmation principle within your goals.

An affirmation is a declaration of something that is true, it’s used to develop a powerful mindset by putting your mental state into a positive belief.

For example I may want to write a positive affirmation around our example goal.

“I Steve Partos am a successful entrepreneur and earning an extra income from home.”

I would write this down, place it near my bedside, iphone, or on the bathroom mirror or what may work for you and read it EVERYDAY to ingrain that I am a SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEUR and EARNING AN EXTRA INCOME FROM HOME.

This new, consistent habit will:

Drive these beliefs into my subconscious,

Keep my focus on what I DO want rather than possibly slipping into my fears, and

Assist in my positive attitude towards the actions I need to do to drive my goals.

Committing to this daily success habit will prove to be vital in keeping your mindset right to assist in the goals you have set. Why not also merge a few of these key words into the goals you are setting.

Rewriting the example goal from Tip #1:

“I Steve Partos am a successful entrepreneur and earning an extra $1000 a month from my home business by the 31st of December 2012 by the sale of my products to over 60 clientele”

Now take some time to think of your initial goal and rewrite it to include a positive affirmation of yourself within the goal statement.

Tip #3 Write It Big and Write It Loud!

So now you should have a framework and some direction on writing the goals for this year, or even the next three years. Now What?

Is it sitting on a small notepad next to your computer, or back in a drawer? Be sure not to fall into the common trap and let your goals sit unnoticed and away from your daily viewing!

This year I went out a bought a big flipchart with colourful markers. I have written out my goals and dreams in LARGE colourful writing and pinned it to my wall.

Guess what?

It’s IN MY FACE, and I’m not walking past it without reading it, I see it everyday and ready it everyday. I let the colours resonate with my feelings and help me drive to say it everyday.

Be creative, make it your personal style, something that makes you feel happy and powerful and excited when you read it. Don’t let it sit them glum and boring, let it SHOUT at you! Bring you into read and concentrate on those goals everyday!

Sharon and I would love to read your goals and assist them in becoming real for you. Take a moment and fill out the contact form to send us your goals! We will then touch base with you to see how we can help, or just keep them on file and touch base with you on your journey to achieving them!

Now stay tuned – Part 2 of this article will discuss the bigger goals, how to start with the end in mind, derive actions from them to get you there and stay focused throughout your year! I can’t wait!

I want to sleep in, earn what I’m worth, travel when I want, see my friends and family when I desire, and not to be told when to take a break, when I can take my leave, how much I will be earning or wont be earning!

I want freedom!

It’s a lifestyle freedom that is driving the Generation X and Y to think outside the box of normality within the working environment to achieve more, have more and get more.

Within today’s modern society we have diverse resources at our fingertips, teasing us with what is available out in the world. This expanded view is spearheading a shift in the mentality of what few achieved or believed possible twenty to thirty years ago. Gen X & Y's can't be pigeon-holed into the standard, stereotypical advice that was set with Baby Boomers – go to school, get good grades, go to university, get a good job, have a family and settle for the rest of your life. Not only are these now obviously ‘pipe-dreams’ in today's modern society, but Gen X & Y's simply want more, have bigger dreams and bigger expectations manifestation of those dreams at a young age.

Gen X & Y's are experiencing the world and tasting opportunities through their connection to social media, Internet and everyday marketing. This is gives them a 'life-like' taste of what they dream for and also a huge hit of what they feel they are missing out on. So… what does this make them want?

Everything they want and they want it NOW!

It’s a truth that is having positive and negative impact across many industries. We are being branded impatient and selfish but ultimately we are ambitious and won’t settle anymore.

Another driving factor is the fact that they are finding themselves increasingly unsettled and unsatisfied with their day job – they simply know it isn’t the whole picture. It's all too clear that jobs aren't secure, many can't afford to rent with the rising real estate costs and thus owning their own home is quickly becoming an unachievable dream. For a Gen X or Y, slowly working their way up to higher incomes which could possibly assist them with their home/car/travel dreams has become uncertain at best as well.

With the 'JOB' simply becoming just a daily grind and means to an end…. Gen X & Y's are looking for and sourcing alternatives in droves.

More and more Gen X & Y's want to be independent and are willing to work hard for success.

A close friend, mentor and successful Generation Y entrepreneur told me “I was willing to fail, and I wasn’t afraid of failure” …”I knew exactly what I wanted, and I wasn’t going to accept anything other than what I wanted”. This true grit determination for success would generate outstanding results for anyone, of any demographic, anywhere. This dedication my Gen Y friend had to ensure she achieved her dreams and goals made me appreciate the desire, commitment and drive which would be required to underpin extraordinary results.

Gen X & Y are now shifting their career paths from the job, long term career path to entrepreneurs. They are choosing to let go of 'status quo', an outdated culture that is no longer working and choosing to take control of their lives and ensuring their dreams become a reality.

TIME Magazine summarised the Generation X and Y generation in an article “What Gen Y Really Wants”.

“Many Gen X Workers are opting out of long hours—and they have high expectations for personal growth”

“Entrepreneurship now functions as a safety net for this generation”

http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,1640395,00.html

Gen X & Y's also have a dream for a better world, a vision not only of giving back but one of halting unsustainable global practises.

This generation group has a particular 'emotional drive' for correcting what's 'gone wrong' in the world. The Baby Boomers have pushed through and blundered their way through technologies and global practises with an unprecedented ignorance of their impact on the planet for generations to come. The Gen X & Y's are realising they've been lumped with major global problems and aggressive, alternative choices will have to prevail for the world to survive.

While not particularly 'pleased' with being lumbered with this responsibility, they are a generation which is ready to rise up and commit to the challenge. They don't have any choice really now do they? And they know it!

The Gen X & Y's are looking for sustainable businesses which are sensitive to their footprint left on the planet. They are also ready for businesses which provide infrastructure to address global challenges.

Many new ventures and now lucrative businesses are becoming more prominent in the marketplace that falls under ‘social entrepreneurship’. Companies that recongise a global problem and utilise their business to create a social change in the way we operate.

Companies are proving to impact and change our culture and we as Generation X & Y is shifting our mentality to support these causes. It’s not about donating a dollar to a charity; it’s about seeing a transparent change in the world through the operation of their business.

Why Do This Now?

I could list a hundred reasons of my desire to build my residual income to the next level above the key points I’ve highlighted above. I believe in not settling for less, not being part of the norm and not letting life pass by.

Why NOT put every bit of energy, focus and commitment to achieving this and being not just content with life but ultimately finding a way to create the lifestyle and achieve the freedom I have dreamed of and I am not letting the dreams sit there but become a reality.

Ask yourself, are you doing everything you can today to achieve your dreams tomorrow?

If Not Why Not?

I've been triggered to write about this today because of an impassioned discussion I've had online with Steve, my business partner in BiW, and some other mums about current proposed changes to Australian vaccination laws for 2012. It has obviously and quite naturally sparked the whole vaccination conflict which tends to so polarise parents to one side of the fence or the other. Does this subject need to be debated? Yes, of course, but the major problem Is that it's hard to get truthful and factual education. Every parent wants to do the best by their children. Unfortunately both the threats and promises of 'deadly diseases which can be cured by a simple and safe jab' put dreadful fears into parents and they make decisions trusting that the 'experts' are telling them the whole truth. The good news (or possibly the bad news) is that I won't be able to answer that question here in this pst… at least not from my perspective. The reason being is I see that this great divide in supposed 'facts' about safety and efficacy of vaccinations have put parents in an almost impossible situation in the short term. The only short term solution is to offer parents personal choice.
This is the question!! Well, obviously I'm partially in jest – but there's also a serious side to this.

At Business in Wellness we feel strongly about the right of individuals to have access to current and accurate education. We feel that people have a right to choose both wellness and sickness health choices for themselves. For better or worse, as parents, we also make those same choices on behalf of our children to the best of all of our knowledge at any given time. This right to choice is a civil right for all Australians.

So, back to the vaccination debate from this morning – the current proposed Australian legislation changes for next year would have parents who choose not to vaccinate be penalised via their taxes (ie: not getting a payment that parents who choose vaccinations do get). As a parent, I don't want to be paid ANY amount of money to vaccinate my child – so that's not the problem. It's kind of like selling your child for drug trials!

It would be logical to poise the question – Why do they have to pay parents to vaccinate? But, I digress…

Calm Before the Storm

To me, the REAL problem is, that this situation very possibly might just be the beginning – the beginning of potentially further, more strict controls of individual's right's over their own health choices and parent's rights in choosing for their children. I see this as a REAL sign that some of the more frightening and military-like government control over personal rights in healthcare that we are seeing in the US might very well be following here. We simply can't sit back, be silent and then say, 'oh I should have spoken up sooner'.

As just one example of thousands, have a read of mommypotamus's post here (link to http://www.mommypotamus.com/war-on-cancer-nope-its-a-war-on-cancer-patients/). All parents would cry to read this or in our absolute worse nightmares, be in these parent's shoes.

Horror story? Yes, of course!

It will never happen here? Don't be too sure.

No parent wouldn't even want to imagine being in this family's shoes – but if we were… How would it feel to have your child removed from your care, like some states in the US, just because you asked 'is there is anything natural I can use as well', or 'can we get a second opinion'. Imagine that without warning the equivalent of community services arrive without notice and remove your child and force chemo/radiation/surgery (without documented proof of efficacy) AND without the choice of integrating the adjunctive support of complementary modalities alongside. It's unthinkable and OUTRAGEOUS at the same time.

Just as with vaccine control, the western medicine dogma or status quo, present themselves as doing the right thing for our health and the health of humanity. They come armed with all kinds of 'facts' and 'proof' which is basically smoke and mirrors. Should we blindly trust them? I don't know the answer to that for everyone, but I know that I have lots of evidence in my personal life to show me that's it's imperative for me to be discerning, well-educated, ask questions and be willing to get a second opinion. Sadly, in this modern day in the western world, we are called to have far more awareness than ever before, to be far more discerning than ever before and have BUCKET loads of common sense on board.

Do I Choose Western Medicine?

Yes, I do! And, not just for emergency care. Are you surprised? Quite possibly… but here's why.

I'd love to have had a lifetime of supporting my health naturally, of eating a wide variety of locally grown, organic produce which were vine-ripened, and of minimal toxic western medicine intervention. It would have been great to have had a 'family who was outside the norm of the time' and could see that the indiscriminate use of new industrialised, toxic products should be avoided. By the 'terrain model' of wellness (where your body as a fully nourished organism is far more healthy and capable of weathering the storms that life throws at it), these would be some of the important lifestyle choices to have been making to give your body the best fighting chance.

Instead I had weekly vaccinations developed personally for me for the first 4 years of my life, the full range of childhood disease vaccinations available at the time, almost full time antibiotics for the first 2 years of life and then with every little challenge for years after that. Sound like someone born in the 50's and 60's? LOL Mine is just one example, but I'm sure many of you can relate or know someone with a similar background… Each of us would have a different list of 'less than ideal' experiences or choices from your health and wellness past, but the point being, they all add up to being incredible stressors undermining our current day health.

So, YES, I think western medicine is a necessity of today, and as I mentioned, not just for emergency care like broken legs etc. We are SO fortunate in western society to have access to the healthcare of today – and in particular, I'm grateful for their diagnostic support. Unfortunately we've gone off-course in caring for our wellness in western society, BIG time. We are now a society which is in dire need of emergency 're-programming' and 'quick action' on how to care for ourselves from a wellness perspective. We need to re-learn how to be well, protect wellness and return to wellness.

One of the Dr's I've had the privilege of interviewing says it beautifully (paraphrased) – "Many of our modern diseases are best represented symbolically by a picture of a runaway horse and buggy" By this he is meaning, the horse has bolted, it's too late to be preventative at this point and you quite often need to throw everything you can at the situation of health imbalance. In severe and advanced situations, you may need to choose everything western medicine has to offer you today, to stabilise and allow your body to have enough time to integrate the re-building and balancing that complementary modalities can offer.

Enter Integrative Medicine

Integrative Medicine in it's simplest definition can be described as 'using the best of both worlds'. We're in a place where we can't afford to 'throw the baby out with the bathwater' so to speak. We urgently require a skilled integration of the best what modern, western medicine has to offer in combination with the best of complementary choices. In using Integrative Medicine for our health – we need to seek out wellness professionals who are happy to work in partnership for our short term and long term health and wellness. We look for skilled wellness practitioners who know how to say "Gee, I don't know, I haven't heard of that, Let's research together". Sound like something out of one of your dreams? LOL, me too!

But all jokes aside – it's coming. There are more and more MD's and other western medical professionals who are seeing that western medicine as we know it is only part of the story. In fact, Integrative Medicine is being taught in over half of the US Medical Schools. The governments of all our western countries are taking note – and quite possibly because of the bottom line – the mighty dollar (or whichever currency is of your country). In Australia, they are predicting healthcare to quite possibly bankrupt the country by 2017 – that's an emergency! Learn more about Integrative Health.

Back to Where We Started – Vaccination

I can't leave you without expressing my thoughts on vaccination. I would read what your doctor or community care nurse gives you and also read information from organisations supporting pro-choice for vaccination. I recommend the Australian Vaccination Network (www.avn.org) and International Medical Council on Vaccination (www.vaccinationcouncil.org) as a starting point.

When choosing to vaccinate, I choose the following:

Find a health and wellness practitioner open to both sides in assisting us to make a fully informed decision

Evaluate risk vs rewards for our child's specific situation

Delay vaccination until our bubs immune system has time to develop (older than 2yo)

Separate multi-vaccines

Use integrative modalities like naturopathy, nutrition for immune support, homeopathy, osteopathy, kinesiology etc. My children get glyconutrients every day for their immune system support.

And finally, I recommend considering these mandates from the Australian Vaccination Network:

There are a few issues that this government needs to address before they even consider bribing parents to vaccinate:

Ask the question: why are these vaccines not working? Why have there been no independent studies comparing the health of the fully vaccinated vs the fully unvaccinated?

Pass legislation ensuring that we have mandatory reporting of the vaccination status of those presenting with 'vaccine-preventable' diseases

Ensuring that we have mandatory reporting of adverse reactions to all vaccines with independent follow-up of all serious reaction reports.

Exciting Times Are Coming

It is very empowering to know that our health is our responsibility. Some of us have given our power and authority away to 'expert's or 'authority figures' outside ourselves – and we can be forgiven for that as we for the most part were educated to do so. However, today is a new day – we have awareness and insight and can now educate ourselves and make different lifestyle and healthcare choices.

Make The Choice Today to be proactive with your health & wellness.

It's GREAT news is that there's so much more choice available to us now. We don't have to just accept western medicine alone or complementary medicine alone, and it's best that we don't. Get out there and read, network with friends, become informed, find Integrative practitioners with which to work with and take back control of your health and wellness.

I believe that Truth Will Prevail. Good Things Are Happening.

We have CHOICE! It's both a privilege and a right.

This is a critical point and the a right for which we might need to join together To be grateful for, To fight for and To protect!

Why Choose A Home Business in Wellness?

It's as simple as this… Imagine Having a Home Business Where:

you have the opportunity to tap into ‘The Perfect Storm of Opportunity’ – where multiple growth markets align to offer the most powerful force in the modern business age to propel your business

one of the side effects is being more healthy, having more energy, stronger immune system now and into the future!

the more you inspire others to choose wellness in health & finances, the more you prosper as well…

you can start alongside what you’re currently doing and increase your cashflow while working from home

you don’t have to mortgage your house or risk current assets to get started

you have products to help young children eat lots of fruits and veg and stay healthy

you have a successful team and system dedicated to your success

your income returns are directly proportional to your efforts – you have control over how much you make!

you help yourselves and others with the most unique and efficacious wellness technology the world has every seen

you have fun, grow personally and work in a team doing the same

you have access to brand new, unique technology to fight the growing obesity problem in a healthy & sustainable way

if you follow the simple steps, it’s a ‘no-brainer’ and you can enjoy a 200% ROI (return on investment) in 3-4 months through an award winning plan

you’re partnered with a team and company that is active in bringing nutrition technology to underprivileged children and orphans around the world (over 100,000 children in 85 countries to date)

Our Taxes Support Big Pharma

I'm aware that we are speaking to a global audience here.. but currently in Australia, if you want to take a nutritional supplement program you are paying full price. But if you want to take a pharmaceutical program it is at minimum partially subsidised and paid for by our tax dollars. Now, this is an incredible privilege we have living in this western world, especially for the situations where drugs are necessary. However, it is also incredibly short sighted.

The biggest health care savings will be made in educating and supporting our community to learn about wellness and take personal responsibility & action where they can. It is possible to moderate current health challenges without the use of toxic drugs. Implementing a wellness program alongside their western medicine regime (Integrative Health) will consistently minimise the amount of pharmaceutical support that is needed. In addition, as our communities learn more about how to take wellness action early, they will experience a much more healthy entrance into later years where are health care dollars are really stretched.

Every Household Deserves One

This is a strong statement! You could be saying, Sharon NO way! I'm happy with what I'm doing or I'm not good at business or I don't know anyone,,, Let me explain.

The science is solid now – we no longer can sit back in today's world and expect to maintain health & wellness in the long term. The stats are everywhere, and they're SCARY! We'd all be aware about the big killers – cancer, heart disease, diabetes etc… Many however may not have heard about the risk for our children, the generation to inherit our world. Science is showing that this next generation of children will be the first generation to not outlive their parents! Parents are not supposed to bury their children.. it's supposed to be the other way around! It is simply SO urgent to be doing something about this.

The bottom line is, in addition to making great lifestyle choices, a high quality supplement plan should be part of EVERYONE's daily regime. SO, why pay full price? Even if you have the income of your desires, doesn't it make sense to choose a high quality range of supplements which can be fully or partially subsidised by a referral and/or business system.

A Subsidised Wellness Program Simply Makes Dollar Sense! In addition to the burgeoning health challenges of the modern world, there is unprecidented financial stress on the average household budget. Financially savvy and proactive individuals are looking for high quality product ranges that have referral programs to offset the expenditure. These are high quality products, which they know they'd feel great about telling friends about whether there was a referral bonus attached or not!

Modern Households Are Minimising Financial Risk

The financial benefits of having a part time or full time residual income coming into the household are incredible. From the same perspective of being proactive with wellness, being proactive with finances is both equally important and equally intelligent. Similar to the destabilisation of health in the modern world – there has never been a time of more financial unrest on the planet. We are seeing households, businesses and governments crumble in financial distress.

Imagine the security in your household if you had an extra few hundred or few thousand per month coming in the door? Imagine the difference to your situation should the unforeseen happen with your regular income. A residual income home business is the modern day income insurance program.

Our Choice

I used to be a critical care nurse, and I loved that career too – and knew i was making a difference in the world every day. But, there came a time for me personally, where I knew that western medicine was only part of the full picture for health and wellness. I also knew I needed something more for my health. I've been sharing wellness as a career now for over 13 years… and it's simply fulfilling to do so. I have residual income and I get a raise when I help more people either earn income or enhance or protect their wellness too. In addition, I am partners in a real estate investment company with multiple properties – and I'm grateful for them, but it's our residual income business that underpins our financial security.

Steve, my BiW business partner, also has a career he respects and values – he's currently in finance. Having said that, Steve has appreciation for residual income and the lifestyle choices that a six figure income offers him in his GenX/Y goals!

Making Sense

It's probably not only making sense to you – you might be thinking like I did, this is common sense! Let us know! Where are you at in minimising your health and financial risks in your life…

This is advice that I have taken to heart! But, let me be clear – it's not been an overnight sensation! lol

This 'call to action' by Kim Kiyosaki, someone who's education has deeply impacted me, is a passion that has grown on me over time. There's been multiple steps forward and steps backwards over the years.

It's Been a Journey

Like anyone, over 10 years of working from home, there's been times of plenty and times of famine in my life in the areas of health, business, relationships and parenting. In what could be described as a more 'feminine perspective' there's been times of growing, times of outward action and times of hibernation and going within.

Such a Gift for Mothering

As a more mature age mum, I've experienced quite a learning curve with how to balance my mothering and business time. I've always been a 'super-duper' multi-tasker and 'doer' – like many women. It took me some time to realise that I had to adapt and get smarter in prioritising my time and my tasks. I had to learn that even with my extreme level multi-tasking abilities, there were healthy limits and also doses of reality!

I have the balance MUCH better now – but again, on reflection, working from home even made that possible! There is absolutely NO way that I could have made the parenting priorities I've been able to while working from home, in any of my past careers and places of employment. I only have myself to be accountable to, and not that I'm a forgiving boss (another learning curve lol), but it's SO much easier not to have anyone breathing down my neck if my schedule went haywire.

The added benefit of being available when your kids need you, to be able to attend school functions or speech therapy or feeling unwell – is a godsend. Again, without the stress of losing the job….

Have I mentioned Residual Income?

NO, how could I have not! What a gift! Once again, there's been times over the past 10 years where I couldn't work at all. NONE of my past jobs would have continued to pay me like my business has. I'm just so grateful for that gift and security there's almost no words to describe it.

“Residual income has the ability to underpin your household income security”.
~ Sharon Whiteman

Every Household Should Have One

Residual income I mean. Let me ask you this… how would your household benefit with an extra $500, $1000 or more coming in to support the bottom line? Even if you're not struggling like some of the stories that are far too common right now, think of the extras you could choose or the investment program you could start/enhance. In today's age of economic de-stabilisation and job insecurity, it's almost insane to depend on employment income alone. It's simply too fragile and anything can change over night.

We're a culture of people who insure for the unexpected, having a residual income business as part of the total household income is simply that – an intelligent income insurance. It's common sense when you look at it that way isn't it? Yes, I think so too!
